I recently came to know that in the new course format there is a cake i.e. pom pom flower which shows a picture in the background. I opted for old course one and did not learn that technique. I tried to Google it but all I came up with was tissue flowers. Can anyone tell me how this is done and with what tip? Thanks in advance.
