I am thinking of having a gorgeous three tier cake for my wedding. One tier has to be a pistachio cake because my wife to be loves pistachios. I am going to have it someone unique so that everyone would be able to enjoy the wedding cake. What will go well with the pistachio cake on the second and third tier? Should I have chocolate since everyone loves chocolate? I know a couple of people who are allergic to pistachios. Post some of your ideas please.
