Do you think having an adorable white colored tulle skirt for the flower girl is a good idea. My niece is only 6 years old and she is going to be the flower girl. I would really like it if you could give me an opinion on what I should do. I want to know how you make a tulle skirt, and where one can get it from. Is it easy to get made because I do not think anybody has the time to go and search for one right now? I have a very good tailor though, what kind of material should I give him to make a tulle skirt.
