I have not studied hotel management, never have I been very fond of cooking. Now that I am staying alone I know how it is. I want try the fondant cake as I came across it while searching for cakes. I am in the mood to eat a cake, so is my girlfriend. How much time does it take and where can I find a decent recipe. My girlfriend is not going to help me make it, since she does half the cooking anyway.
