I am looking to purchase anywhere between 250 to 350 rhinestone brooches in Toronto. Does anybody know where I can find them for cheap? I would even consider rhinestone buttons. Anyone knows where to find some affordable sparkly rhinestone brooches for a bride’s bouquet? Looking for suggestion and advice.
