Is it acceptable to wear white bridal gown after a first civil wedding ceremony?

I am getting married for the second time next fall. Earlier I had a simple civil weeding ceremony at the local city hall. This is my fiancé's first wedding and he wants a traditional church wedding. I want to wear a white gown for my second wedding. Is it acceptable for me to wear white bridal gown? As white is the color of purity, do you think a second time bride should wear this color wedding gown?

Wedding is meeting of two souls. Well who don’t want to look beautiful in their wedding? It comes once in your life. Wearing a white bridal gown on wedding is symbol of love, joy and peace you should wear it and should not think about any other person. It’s you and your fiancé's first wedding so you should prepare yourself completely in traditional way. If you are thinking that it would not be as joyful at first time you are wrong because it totally depends on deepness of relationship between you and your fiancé and it is truly acceptable to wear a white bridal gown to start a new journey with your fiancé. To cheer yourself you should set your mind to a point that you are going to start a new life and it should be done with all divine deeds and wearing a white bridal gown is a heavenly feeling which anyone wants to start with. Over all it’s your personal choice to wear it or not but it is totally acceptable to wear a white bridal gown at your wedding at least for you fiancé. You will definitely look preety. All eyes are going to be on you, enjoy.
