1. Love is in the air

Ingredients

1. 2 oz. sole gin

2. Two dashes of raspberry syrup

3. Two dashes of lemon juice

4. One egg white

5. Ice

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker

2. Shake well and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass

3. Put a dash of raspberry in the glass for the special touch.

2. Wedding bell cocktail

Ingredients

1. ¾ oz. Dubonnet

2. ¾ oz. Gin

3. One dash of cherry brandy

4. One dash of orange juice

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker

2. Add crushed ice

3. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass and serve

Ingredients

1. 2 oz. chocolate liqueur such as Godiva or Crème de cacao

2. 1.5 oz. vodka

3. Hershey’s kiss

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker

2. Add ice and shake well

3. Put Hershey’s kiss in the bottom of the cocktail glass

4. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and serve

Ingredients

1. 1 ½ oz rum

2. 2 oz. cranberry juice

3. 2 oz. orange juice

Method

1. Put crushed ice into the cocktail glass.

2. Pour all ingredients into the cocktail glass

3. Stir the ingredients well and serve it with orange slice

5. Elegant wedding punch

Ingredients

1. ½ cup Chambord raspberry

2. 1 cup Triple Sec

3. 1 cup Brandy

4. 2 cups pineapple juice

5. 1 liter of ginger ale

6. 2 bottles of dry champagne

Note: This makes 16 cups

Method

1. A day before wedding, chill the ginger ale and dry champagne.

2. Combine the Chambord, Triple Sec, brandy and pineapple juice in a bowl and chill it overnight.

3. On the wedding day, mix all the ingredients and serve in bowls with ice cubes.

6. Traditional Wedding Punch

Ingredients

1. 2 cups vodka

2. 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

3. 4 cups unsweetened cranberry juice

4. 64 oz. ginger ale

5. 2 cups sugar

Note: This makes 20 cups

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together (except vodka and sugar)

2. In a large punch bowl, pour all the ingredients and add plenty of ice

3. Add vodka and sugar according to taste and serve.

At your wedding reception, rather than having an open bar, you can serve your guests, beer, wine and champagne and in the end, you can surprise them with the special cocktail for the occasion. You can rename it as per your wish, but make sure to rename it in a way that goes with the occasion.
